As Ink Aviation has grown, so have the number of staff in our Colombian team. So much so that they have become two teams split across Pereira and Manizales.
Our highly skilled Colombian staff are Back-end, Front-end and Mobile developers as well as QA Testers. They collaborate closely with each other and the rest of Ink to help deliver the software that our customers depend on.
These new offices will accommodate further expansion as we recruit new staff in Colombia to work alongside new members to be added in Spain. We like to keep vibe in all of our offices as relaxed and fun as the people that work in them. No politics. And fairly flat hierarchies.
Everyone is already inspired by the fresh new spaces which boasts relaxation areas for them to enjoy during break times.
Victor Alzate, COO of Ink Aviation, said moving to the larger office is a reflection of the company’s ambition to grow and become even more successful in the coming years. He added: “Basically everybody is happier because of the new spaces. Also, it makes it easier to hire even more people.”
Janet Richards, company CCO visited the team at the new office in Pereira recently and said: “The space is bigger, more open and closer to the city centre. From our visit, it was easy to see that the staff like the new place. With the addition of some extra equipment, they are able to work and test more productively.”
